Shipping Policies

- Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours on business days when LuvNailz is open and are shipped via USPS Postal and Priority mail with the average delivery time of 2-4 business days after shipment. Business days are usually Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office. US Customers only: spend just $175 and receive FREE shipping on your order. All other orders are $8.99. Over-sized items and/or orders over 5lbs may ship UPS ground, which will take up to 5 total shipping days in the continental US.
- If you place an order for an item that is out of stock, we will let you know when the item will be in stock. We can either (1)Ship the order as is and refund the item or (2) wait for the item so you won't have to pay an additional shipping charges.
- For ALL deliveries, both domestic USA and International, if the package is returned due to customs fees not paid by the customer or incorrect address submitted in the order, the order can be reshipped at the cost of the customer, or the order refunded minus the shipping costs incurred.
- International Shipments
- Shipping costs are estimates based on the size of the order and the average International fee. Once orders are boxed and weighed and the shipping address evaluated, the costs of the shipping options and time variations will be emailed to the customer and the customer can choose the service offered (UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS etc). If the shipping charge is more than on the order, the difference will be invoiced and once it is paid, the order will be shipped. If the shipping cost is less than the estimate, a refund will be given. If the customer chooses not to pay additional shipping fees, the order will be canceled.
