Shipping policy

LuvNailz attempts to ship orders out within 1 business day.   The times may be longer for holiday and sale weekends, please allow extra time due to volume.  Orders are typically shipped USPS, however on occasion orders will be shipped UPS or DHL when applicable.  We recommend upgrading to Priority to get your boxes in 2-4 business days after shipment.  USPS economy can now take a few weeks if its on a slow truck.  

To insure your order from loss, theft or damage, you will need to KEEP the shiptection on your order.  It is placed there unless you manually remove it.  .  If your order is lost or stolen and uninsured, replacement is not covered at our expense.  By removing the shipping insurance you agee any loss or damage is not at LuvNailz expense.
