Titanium is best in the art game
This white art gel is cream of the crop in art gels. It is the most pigmented I have ever used and it is soak-off. It applies perfectly white over black and all other dark colors. Kiss frustration goodbye trying to get bright white art details! It is also a must-have for mixing pastel shades.
