Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and are shipped via USPS Postal and Priority mail with the average delivery time of 2-4 business days after shipment.  Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office.  Spend just $175 and receive FREE shipping on your order.  All other orders are $8.50.  Oversized items, such as lamps, may incur an additional shipping cost as described in the item description.
For ALL deliveries, both domestic USA and International, if the package is returned due to customs fees not paid by the customer or incorrect address submitted in the order, the order can be reshipped at the cost of the customer, or the order refunded minus the shipping costs incurred.
International Shipments
Shipping costs are estimates based on the size of the order and the average International fee. Once orders are boxed and weighed and the shipping address evaluated, the costs of the shipping options and time variations will be emailed to the customer and the customer can choose the service offered (UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS etc). If the shipping charge is more than on the order, the difference will be invoiced and once it is paid, the order will be shipped. If the shipping cost is less than the estimate, a refund will be given. If the customer chooses not to pay additional shipping fees, the order will be canceled.  If items arrive broken, a refund of broken item is eligible.  We can not re-ship international orders.

Ensuring the privacy and security of your personal information is very important to us. We realize that making purchases on any Web site requires trust on your part. We value your trust highly, and pledge to you, our customer, that we are committed to ensuring the privacy of your personal information, and will use any information you give to us in a responsible manner. You are very important to us, and we are dedicated to providing you with a safe and secure online experience. We respect your privacy. Your data will not be given or sold to any third party. Your online orders are transmitted to us using secure technology, and processed on directly through the secure Authorize.net website. 
Returns & Replacements
All of our products have a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. You can return the product for any reason. The returned product must be undamaged, in new condition, and sealed in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been clearly damaged or opened.  Please be sure to package returns with care and insure them as we are not at fault for damaged or lost returns.  Return shipments may incur a 10% restocking fee.
You account will be credited upon product returned.  Please be sure to get a tracking number to assure delivery of returned items as we are not responsible for lost or non delivered items.
Sorry, there is no refund for any shipping, handling, or postal insurance costs. If the items returned were shipped FREE, part or all of the original shipping fees from your order may be deducted from the credit applied.  
If the return is at fault of LuvNailz, you will be supplied with a shipping label or credit to your account in the amount of shipping USPS First Class back to LuvNailz.  There are no returns after 30 days.  
Back Orders 
We understand it is important to receive your items quickly make every attempt to always have product in stock.  We will notify you if an item you have ordered is not in stock.  You may choose to delete the item from your order or wait for your order to ship when it is complete.

To update account information, click My Account at the top of the page.  Follow the directions to change anything from shipping addresses to credit cards.
