ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Removing Shipping Insurance from your order means if any items are lost or broken, it is not the responsibility of LuvNailz to replace this. The insurance is there to keep flat rate shipping costs low as the insurance is based on the size of the order. By removing Shiptection shipping insurance, you, the customer, take on the risk of the order being lost or broken at your expense.

If there is a problem with your order please contact us. There will be no exchanges on items purchased. If there is a mistake with your order requiring a product to be sent back, you will be supplied with a shipping label for shipping USPS First Class back to LuvNailz.
