Snowflakes - Ghost Pattern

Use these super sticky stencils with gel polish, regular polish, pigments, chrome powders & glitters! With gel Polish, simply apply stencil over cured color (wipe off sticky layer) polish with another color, peel stencil and quickly cure. With Chrome Powders, apply stencil over cured Outshine Top then rub chrome in, dust & remove stencil, then top with Outshine Gel Top.
