Coral Reef Mermaid Shimmer - Akzentz Gel Play UV/LED

These beautiful Glitter shifters will layer beautifully over any color. Over black you will see the color most vibrantly!  Part of the fabulous mermaid collection!

The main photo, the Coral Reef Ombre, was created by creating a black to clear fade and then covering the whole nail with one coat of the Coral Reef gel.  So the area at the cuticle is over a clear base, and the area at the tip is over a black base.
